Challenge: Increase traffic in Central and Northern Wisconsin McDonald's restaurants with the online announcement of upcoming promotions and keep those promotions continually refreshed.

Insight: To drive site traffic, TMA bought select digital ad space on popular local TV and radio station weather and home pages, linked to McDonaldsWisconsin.com.

Result: 250,000 unique visitors in the first three months, with more web resources in the works.

Healthy Marathon County

Challenge: Healthy Marathon County is a volunteer collaboration involving community leaders from 20 or more public and private agencies, organized into six action teams. They lacked a centralized system for communicating the action teams' progress both internally and to the general public.

Insight: Peritus designed and developed a website to represent all six action teams under one brand - Healthy Marathon County.

Result: The individual work group leaders have web content management capabilities which allow them to edit their respective sites. Meeting notices and minutes, resources and action team news are all kept up-to-date through the shared website representing this collaboration.

Quincy Newspapers, Incorporated

Challenge: A company with more than $1 billion in revenue, QNI needed to aggressively implement a digital ad sales plan for their 13 television stations' websites.

Insight: TMA drafted a comprehensive sales plan for 125 reps with further market-by-market sales planning in the future.

Result: Quincy is now fully engaged in the process of digital ad sales and is generating revenue in each market.
